Customers who purchase a garment through ARENI may be eligible to receive a complimentary alterations service with our alterations partner, MENDALL, subject to the following terms:

 1.⁠ ⁠The promotion is available only for garments purchased through ARENI.

 2.⁠ ⁠The promotion is valid for customers located in Lagos, Nigeria.

 3.⁠ ⁠The offer is limited to one (1) garment per customer.

 4.⁠ ⁠The complimentary alterations service is available only where the garment has not previously been altered by MENDALL.

 5.⁠ ⁠The value of the complimentary alterations service is capped at ₦5,000. Where the cost of the requested alterations exceeds ₦5,000, the customer shall be responsible for paying the balance directly to MENDALL before the alterations are carried out.

 6.⁠ ⁠Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase from ARENI in order to redeem the offer.

 7.⁠ ⁠The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.

8.⁠ ⁠Customers must redeem the complimentary alterations offer within five (5) working days of receiving their ARENI order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

 9.⁠ ⁠The promotion is valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, unless extended by ARENI.

10.⁠ ⁠ARENI and MENDALL reserve the right to refuse redemption where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
